Fountains Abbey

Today we had a family outing to Fountains Abbey.
This is probably one of the most photographed views of the abbey, but I didn't have much time for serious blipping!
As it was a bank holiday, it was very busy indeed. Usually this place is much more quiet and tranquil. However, it was good to see so many families out enjoying themselves in this beautiful setting.
