Allotment Archaeology

No.  Neither do I.

It's amazing what you find.

A productive evening at the plot.  Because of an impending holiday all of the plants in the cold frame had to be dealt with, so I got the beans, courgette, squash and sweet peas in the ground.  It'll be a disaster when we get back, but it'll still be June.

I did a bit of tidying up too, but really the kind of tidying up that's about demonstrating progress more than making progress.

It's all coming along fine.  Three apple trees have lots of flowers.  The fourth, one of the inherited ones has none.  What's worse, it's a variety I can't find in any database.  Festival.  They're probably rubbish..
