Sempervivum

I like the name this group of plants have: "ever-living", makes me have confidence that I can grow them well. 

I was surprised to see that flowers had appeared on this house-leek. I bought the plant earlier this year so didn't realise the flowers would be such a bright pink, my other ones have been creamish.

Very busy day. Decided it was silly going anywhere in The Lakes on a Bank Holiday when we can go midweek. Besides which, there were so many jobs we could be getting on with around the house and garden.

Very pleased with so many things!
