Memorial Day

This vet did not die in WWI. He served but made it home. I am happy to report there are no men or women in our small cemetery who actually died in a war. But today I visited the graves there of men who had served and said a prayer of thanks for them. Even though they did not die in a war they were willing to and to me that counts. RIP
