digging for gold

not so much gold, more spuds...but delicious & so much nicer than the ancient, smelly ones on sale in the supermarkets.

these are our wonderful Pentland Javelins. Rather a lot of worms, a bit of scab but great. Will store the surplus & should last us until November. Got the Charlottes then the King Edwards to dig.
