Touchwood

Roo at 6.15am and he actually didn't seem too stiff with his neck problems, I laid off his pain killers yesterday and I'm hoping we've turned a corner.

I'm again keeping him away from the crew and will do until I'm completely happy.

He should get rested today as I'm at work till 10pm:((( but I will nip to see him a couple of times in the day.
