Happy end to the day

Today has been bitterly cold and I have been out in it all day. No run tonight  as I had a few things I needed to get done for work. Task 1 Finish my Health and Safety Rep Transition training with the new Health and Safety at Work Act, Completed. My new Port Induction, Completed. So as you can see I am quite happy now
