A moments distraction
I'd been for another lunchtime walk, out to the steamy, life-filled wheat fields. The wheat continued to crackle and pop, as it has done for a few days now in the heat of the sun. Walking around the edge of the field, I was distracted by this naturally framed scene - I just had to take the picture. I have also found a new spot to return to and reflect; as long as the weather is fine. Surrounded by blue damselflies, meadow browns, the occasional rustle or squeak from the hedgerow; a therapeutic time.
