Tomorrow's breakfast
... Overnight oats with blueberry and maple syrup. I made one last night for this morning and it was delicious.
1/4 cup of rolled oats,
1/4 cup low fat greek yoghurt
1/3 cup skimmed milk
2 tsp maple syrup
12 fresh blueberries.
Shake to mix, and leave in the fridge overnight. Delicious!
