Happy Tiny Tuesday!

It's my birthday today. I'm not that kind of person who would throw parties and celebrate a lot but I was glad to read that Tiny Tuesday celebrates today.

This fragile blossom opened up in a vase and made our red kitchen gently beautiful. I love poppy flowers. Today I bought a Herbs magazine and it is dedicated to its benefits. PAPAVER RHOEAS can be a great medicine for our respiratory system, they say.
