SNAIL

It was raining heavily, the wind blowing and was quite cold when we got up this morning. We waited for a break in the rain which came just before 11am so we took the dogs out for a lead walk (the fields were very wet and muddy.) It started to rain on our return but luckily we did not get too wet.

We stayed indoors, reading and knitting and it rained for the best part of the day, finally stopping at 7pm. We did another lead walk down a local lane, the ground was covered in slugs and snails. My blip is of one of the more colourful snails I spotted on a leaf.
