Thoughtful

The boy and I took Grandma out this morning to Sleaford to change her address at the bank, get her pension from post office and shopping to stock up her new house with food as none of it was kept for her.
It was the most stressful food shop ever, she took an age to do it and must have checked every item of veg and fruit in the shop to pick out the ones she wanted, the boy was asking are we done yet every two minutes, to be fair I was with him as no need to check every blinking celery head as they are not right fo whatever reason!

Anyway finally got her out of there and home and we picked up one of the boys friend to play fo the afternoon and for dinner. We had been home a few minutes and the door went and a big flower box arrived, inside was a beautiful bouquet from my mum and John to say they are thinking of us while we are sorting things out and how caring we are with Grandma. It was just the tonic to ground me after the morning I had. It has been very busy, difficult at times and time consuming but we are nearly there. She will soon be in and settling into a normal routine and we can also get back to normal all be it a different normal.

The boy has been so good, patient and caring with Grandma so we have decided he deserves a treat of his choosing.
