Presentation skills

Very busy day but we had a little party for the cast of our TV series to celebrate winning the International Emmy last month. We went to a local tapas bar and this was one of the dishes.

I thought it was pineapple at first but it's actually goats cheese with honey on a bed of homemade crisps. Topped with a cherry! It was actually delicious!
