Cottage

Another beautiful day! Very tempted to stay in the Lakes until tomorrow, but with lots of musical instruments in the car, decided that it wasn't such a good idea.

So we had a stroll down in to Millhouse village. Looks idyllic now, but quite a lot of it was under water last December. Back to the caravan to pack up, and we were on our way back to Northumberland just before midday, via Rothbury to avoid the road works on the A1.

Caravan unpacked, neither of us could face cooking, so we had a meal at Milan, the restaurant just down the street - a rare treat!
