Day 153 HMS Warrior Figurehead

Today I went to Portsmouth's Historic Dockyards.  It was a fascinating day, wandering around HMS Victory and HMS Warrior, learning how ships were built and run. 

Photographing the insides of these ships was challenging, with low lighting and flash forbidden.  I shall definitely go back with a tripod and try again...

I liked the clear white of this figurehead over the drab colours of the dock with the tide out - beautiful.
