This was a huge banner with the caption "Facebook, a place where words aren't needed". Which is bollocks.
Unless when you're sad you just post a sad emoji. Then your friends comment with a sad emoji, because they're sad that you're sad even though they don't know why you're sad.
Then you give a thumbs up to show you appreciate their empathy. So they give a smiley face at your thumbs up hoping it might cheer you up. Which you reply to with a thumbs up because you're not quite cheered up enough for your smiley emoji to tempt your fingers just yet.

It should say "Facebook, a place where we have crap strap line writers".
