Wild Wednesday - FEED ME!

I thought I knew what this young bird was but now I'm having doubts.  Its either a blackbird or starling.  I have " Googled " but they both look so similar so I am still not sure. He is looking rather bedraggled in the rain. And hungry.   Thanks to Cailleach for hosting this challenge.

No Morrisons this morning as my friend Jan is away on holiday.  So I took the opportunity to have a long lie in.  The weather was cold and rainy so I decided to stay indoors today.  I had a few chores to get on with but in the end didn't really do much "Busy doing nothing"  is the phrase that comes to mind.

Neil want to work early this morning but it was only a short shift and he came back here afterwards,  He went out a bit later to have a pint with a friend and then returned here. I made a roast chicken dinner for evening meal.
