They look good...

...but why are they needed? Several days of work starting with digging up the old pavement and a bit of the road so the new pavement would be that bit wider to accommodate the bollards. Then the bollards needed to be installed and finally the paving slabs cut to shape and bedded in around the bollards. Is it just me, or does it not really seem like much of a priority when there is so much else to do around the city? Who decides that this is worth doing?
