Pretty little lights

Mr lobster J took some more punishment today, but this time with some factor 50 on! (I think starting out at factor 15 was pushing it a little!)
He's talking about factor teashirt tomorrow!

Managed to get a lovely run along the promenade before heading down for tea. What a difference running when abroad. (although I missed Ozzy!) Rather hot though. I should have really went first thing when it was cooler .... But I've always been rubbish at going for runs at the crack of dawn! (apart from when I have to, to get to work!)

Headed back down to the promenade tonight to let the boys spend some of their our hard earned cash.
