They are home

Look at this little thing! Charlotte and Eleanor are finally home. The twins were born three months early; one was 1lb 4 oz and the other was 2lb 5 oz! They are home and healthy and we praise God for it! I stopped over to see them and say hello and got to hold cute little Charlotte! She was totes giving me the "please stop talking because I am trying to sleep" hand! They are so tiny and soooo cute! What a good day with more beautiful babes!
