Wild Nettle Soup

A thrifty lunch today - Nettle Soup (details on the blog) . Topped with chives from the garden (extra pic)

Ghastly weather - at midday the Apparent Temperature (i.e. "feels like") was less than one degree. I have had to revert to long sleeves and have a sweatshirt on.
