Promotion!

Still helping in the kitchen at Vacation Bible School (See Monday's blip), but today I was (sort of) promoted from peeling and cutting carrots to preparing desserts. I've seen enough carrots to last a lifetime. Crumbling brownies to decorate the top of the cups of dirt pudding was a great change of pace, especially for a chocoholic like me! I fear that tomorrow I'll be back to cutting carrots though. Tune in then and I'll let you know.

For the uninitiated, dirt pudding is made by layering chocolate pudding, whipped topping, and crumbled brownies or Oreo cookies. It's very popular with kids...and other chocoholics.
