happy little water vole...

I went for a walk today where the water voles are. It was cold and windy but I had quite a few sightings of them - and long ones too. This one was out in the open for quite a while, it must have been very hungry. They are gorgeous :)

Extra is a peacock putting on a dazzling display. Unfortunately I had my long lens on and I couldn't get it all in the frame... Very noisy they are too!
