Anew

The boy's woke up to a wonderful surprise this morning. Two of the five butterflies had emerged from their chrysalides. When I got home this evening, we spotted another one coming out of its shell and watched it from the start. It's amazing how much their wings are folded and then finally stretch out.

Now we're just waiting for the last one to be free.
