Day out

Last full day of my cousin and hubby staying with us before they go back to Canada. Day out booked to Windsor castle (leaving cousins hubby at home to chill-out), collected my sister and off we went. Sooooo glad I'd booked the tickets before online as the queue was halfway up the road - we sailed straight through. Managed to watch the changing of the guards amidst tons of iPhones and iPads (some in selfie sticks) from a large number of overseas tourists. Went to view the dolls house, the state apartments and St. George's chapel but disappointed that no photography allowed in doors :(. So you have a semi self -bombed photo of the castle - you probably can't see but the standard flag was flying so the Queen was at home, but sadly she didn't come and say hello - may be next time :)
