More of Sophie's baking

This isn't Sophie's baking journal but she is becoming a little chef. This was her iced cake from school. Last week she made up her own recipe inspired by bakewell tart - she added cherries and almond essence and some ground almonds then sandwiched the cake together with raspberry jam. This week she had to take in things to ice the cake. The results were delicious.
