Flower Friday: Columbine

These rather lovely flowers (Columbine - or Aquilegia if you want to be posh) have self-seeded from last year (as usual) and are brightening up one of our borders. I decided this one would do nicely for today's Flower Friday blip.

Getting the right angle required me to lie flat on the ground near to it - but what does that matter? - that what we blippers do in the name of art (or something...)!      ;-)

(PS Whoops, just realised we were supposed to be doing a "circle" of flowers today - sorry. Many thanks as always to BikerBear for organising this anyway.)
