One of Many

Most of the shops in the market have a similar setup. Space enough for one or two people to cook, piles of veggies and a line of sauces, peppers, and seasonings. Usually a single family owns, cooks, and runs the food stall. Sometimes aunts or cousins work there too. The space is usually rented from the market owner, unless the family runs it out of the bottom floor of their home.

In the front of this shop we have extra sides you can eat with dinner, hard boiled eggs, fried fish sausage logs, raw pickled pork sausages, and fried pork skins. (Dinner without the extras is usually enough for me.)
