Sewing Bee

M is on a Cub camp in Melbourne and needed to be in full uniform to visit the War Memorial and other public buildings. Of course the badge sewing was not up to date.....about 6 months behind in fact and about 6 badges had to be sewn on .....she's been very busy with a swimming badge, travellers badge and "Their Service Our Heritage" badge (remembering all those who have fought in war) as well as various other additions to the uniform. C decided to catch up on hers too including 25 nights under canvas, an Assistant Patrol Leader's badge and kayaking. S also had some to add to his uniform including kayaking (no dislocated shoulder this time thank heavens. Anyway it meant that the sewing box was out and so were all the coloured cottons....even if S only ever uses grey.
