Tis great up north....

... they let the kids play on the railway lines!


It still amazes me that they have a footpath that goes over the railway line, albeit with a handy sign telling you to beware of trains!

If I'd had a penny in my pocket I would have waited for a train so we could have squished it on the track, but alas I did not.

Took C for a great big walk (over the railway twice), and in the end I think he had a great time staying with his Grandparents.

Once more in August, then that's it, as there is no way I would put C & JJ on my Mum; that would be torture!
