Hidden Cheeks

I'm a bit laid up with the cold, sniffling away and feeling sorry for myself. However I've found consolation in the kitchen, knocking out a pig-cheek and chorizo casserole for dinner. And it was great!! Made a loaf as well and that's baking away now but something may have gone wrong along the way because it is resolutely refusing to rise in the oven. I suspect I have a brick in the making.
