As in "spot the" and "over the garden fence". But the kids next door are very sweet and very polite so I always chuck ' em over if I see them, and I nearly always get a yelled "thank you" from the other side of the very high hedge.

Bit of an outdoor day today. Have to stop spending money on plants, it's bankrupting me. But its all looking lovely. And tomorrow is going to be a scorcher by all accounts.

Knackered now. Had a gym session as well as all the gardening. TSM is playing me her Desert Island Discs: Simon and Garfunkel, Prince, Tracy Chapman, Dido, Imagine Dragons, Everything But The Girl. Seven out of ten so far. Think the last three will be tough ...
