Third day in a week now of watching other people running. This is becoming ridiculous.

I popped along to watch some lads I know running the relay in the Scottish Championships in Grangemouth. After a disqualification in one round and some dodgy advice from me for the next two, they only went and won, with a trophy and medals on a tartan ribbon. Think Cool Runnings.

I cried a wee bit, and they aren't even my  sons.
