Pond life

Hugely enjoyable 6 mile yomp around the Heath this morning with our pal Sej - walking and talking is a great way to catch up! We introduced her to the Pergola, which she loved. It's such an improbable place, tucked away in the woods.

The ponds in Sandy Heath are covered with a solid layer of this pond weed - up close its rather beautiful.
