Body boarding......

We had a phone call early this evening to ask if we would like to take the children for a swim with their boards. Zach thought it would be good for Nanny and Papa to take him and Evie. We didn't swim but rolled up our trousers as high as we could. The tide was high, the sea was not too cold and so calm. It was lovely. We had to get up the steps that were partly submerged to get back to the road and as I knelt on the top step a wave came up and soaked my trousers then my flip flops that I had just put down were washed in to the sea! Zach rescued them! All good fun eh! The children had their faces painted today and did their best not to get them wet!
