Garden Days

We've been in the garden the whole day, and I've even got sunburn to prove it! Who'd have thought that my skin, after living under the harsh South African sun for over 29 years would burn so easily under English sun.

Today started with an early morning dog walk, then gardening, then my Mum popped over to spend the afternoon with us and stay for a Sunday roast in the evening. We had cheesecake for afters before she returned home.

I have a pile of dishes to wake up to tomorrow but it's an early start so don't mind leaving them this time.
