Mushroom Weather

It has been unseasonably wet these last few weeks in Texas.  Most people who watch the news might be aware of some of the floods affecting the area.  L and I went for a walk in a nature reserve near our house this week and we happened on a few sights that we don't always see here.  The very damp conditions gave rise to some interesting fungi - not that we'll be trying them in a mushroom omelette any time soon!
