Running!

I have been working from home today - studying for my verbal exam on Thursday. But before I hit the school books, I took the boys for a morning walk. They were - as you can see - enjoying it. 

I managed to burn my arm, when making coffee - OUCH! It was rather bad and still hurting a lot :-(

Now I'm on my way to the chiropractor - much needed after the long flight with poor sleeping positions on my my to Japan. 

Besides from that all is well :-D
