MAJOR FLOOD....

.....reflections for Mono Monday with RedFlash this week.

After the massive downpours right down the east Coast of New South Wales and down into Victoria and Tasmania over last three days, we have been spared here with nothing like the damage elsewhere. Just south of here Picton and Camden has seen major losses in home and business premises flooded. Three people have also died in trying to drive across swollen crossings.

Went down to the check how the mighty Nepean River was running today and found quite some volume of water coming through. Check out the pics in FLICKR to get an idea of the speed in which it is flowing and suggest it is up around three metres in height.
