Sleeping Mallard

Down at Meon Shore today and came across this sleepy fellow.

Extra blips are of a heron (possibly an egret?) and a bird of prey at the nearby Titchfield Haven Nature Reserve

If anyone knows what the bird of prey is could you let me know? I doubt if it's anything exotic. Thanks
