Midsummer Chronophage
Took some young visitors to see the Millennium Clock in the National Museum this afternoon and discovered the wonderful 'Midsummer Chronophage' installed next to it - a clock with no hands or numbers with a mythical creature that eats away the seconds, occasionally freezing or seeming to go backwards - so the exact time is beamed through tiny blue lights every five minutes.
"So the clock runs fast, it runs slow, because time is relative to the circumstances".
