Skypark Glasgow - Reflections and Distortions

I went to the office today. First time since a while. Colleagues still recognised me though :).
I had to do my travel expenses for the last 2 month, this occupied me so much, that I even missed a conference call ... :( 
Since last week I have increasing trouble with my neck again. (Too much laptop work and sleeping in airplanes!) 
I had a really bad time last September - I was so much in pain, that I could not even lie in the bed. Could only move my head with my hands!
I treated it with massages and other alternative treatments and it was well under control. However the last months were so busy that I had no time to go to the therapies. 
Scared of it getting worse again, I texted Paul if he could book me in for a massage. He could lucky me!
So I left work early and got my very painful massage. Still feeling tender, but I know it will be so much better tomorrow!

The blip is the Skypark building, where the praxis is. It has a full glass front.
The reflections today were amazing and somehow confusing :)
