Lick of Paint?

This is the top of the Colonnade, in front of the De La Warr Pavillion - Bexhill's pride and joy. As such, I would have thought that the powers that be would bust a gut to keep it looking tip top. Possibly not, as you can see. They'll probably decide to paint it in August
