Got up took juno out with company. The mist was drifting away as we walked and chatted.

Work was attended.

Great 7 mile run at lunchtime fuelled by angst and frustration.

Home and news that eco daughter safely arrived in Berlin for her leaving school trip.

Headed to allotment and dug a plot over that was a mass of ground elder and bind weed, it took a while. Watered and home.

Sleep hopefully.
