A busy day!

This is the start of the Glasgow Women's 10k, taken from my start position at the end of the second wave of runners. You can almost see the start line from here. It was ridiculously hot so, though I made it round the course, it was my slowest ever time (1:6:54, in 2373rd position).

In the evening we went for dinner with friends followed by going to see Neil Young st at the Hydro. He played for 2.5 hours, and was pretty good!!
