Frustrating day

Email has been driving me mad today. Every time I tried to access my mail I got a window to insert my address and password and it kept on failing. So BT in its wisdom they think someone is trying to hack my account and I have to go through a long procedure to change my password. A number of visits to Goggle to try and resolve the problem left me reeling as there is so much information out there and even though you say Windows 7 the default assumption is Windows 10. Anyway, in the end I found a short entry where someone had experience the same problem as I was and the solution was to download a new version of Windows essentials. It took me a little while to find my Windows Live Mail but once I had it was magic everything was as it was – so now I’m a happy bunny.
