Covered Bridge

We have lived in this fairly new condo community for almost 2 years now.  There are 2 ponds (small) on the property.  This is one of them.  I don't really know where this covered bridge goes.  There is a no trespassing sign at the beginning of the driveway and I tend to be a rule follower...
