In bloom

This is the only picture I managed to take today.

Very busy day, it's 1:20 am (now into Tuesday) and I've just got in. I'm on call on my own covering the whole county tonight and don't I know it. Next shift starts at 7am.
Today I have had a bunch of kids throw a stone at me, caught me a corker on the shoulder (have to give the kid credit for his aim), have a bunch of 30 or so people gawping at their neighbour struggling with their dogs informing me I was rude as I told them to mind their own business as they were creating further (completely unnecessary) stress for the dogs and owner at an already distressing time and finally some idiot decide to park across the front of my van as obviously I had used their spot (completely unmarked) for all of 5 minutes as I rushed into a house to collect an injured bird, very helpful when you have a back log of emergencies to get to. I've not had a break (even to pee) and had to settle for a banana for dinner on the go.
Then to be tagged in a post on Facebook, which is fast becoming my most hated place, saying how rubbish we are as we couldn't attend a job quick enough and stating we never do anything without a camera (not once have I had a camera out with me!)

I hate to moan and this isn't a 'woe is me' post as I love my job, but I do fear for humanity some times.....
