St John's Wort

A grey day today, and cooler, but that meant it was good for running so Mr rat and I went up to Forfar to run round the loch - twice. We think it's about 2.75miles round, and I did a bit extra so did somewhere between 5 & a half and 3 quarters.
I've also managed to catch up with the housework, done some gardening and various other jobs around the house - again, not being a brilliant day made me get on with it.
I took a few pics of flowers in the garden and chose this one.
