A day at Southend

Today we had a great time and lovely weather at Southend Beach- despite spending more time in primark than actually on the beach. Spent all morning shopping 'til we were dropping and then got chips and beans which we ate next to the beach- where I took this photo... Afterwards we burnt off the calories of lunch with a long walk on the pier ( which is the longest pier in the World) but ended up getting the train back. Next we went on the beach - very relaxing despite being packed on like sardines. After a quick run through this area with squirting water we left to go home. An awesome day was had by all!!!!!!!
